Step 1: Preparation
Now, you need to identify your corporate's legal representative, supervisor and financial officer. The supervisor and the person in charge of finance shall not concurrently serve as executive director or legal representative.
During the pre-registration process, we will assist you in selecting a Chinese name for your new business and drafting all necessary documents. The required documents vary depending on the type of legal entity and the shareholders involved. Step 2: Application Process
After having all the prepared documents, you can bring them to Industrial and Commercial Bureau for registration. This process takes about two weeks. After getting the business license, you need to fill in the foreign investment information to the Ministry of Commerce.
Step 3: Post-registration procedures
Once the business license has been obtained, F&P will help you complete the following procedures:
